Wagah border show.
probably the second most popular tourist attraction in Amritsar. We got to the ceremonial closing of Wagah border (India-Pakistan) for Rs 100 each with ‘shared’ transport. That meant 10 people in one rickshaw 🙂 This was a very interesting and patriotic show everyone visiting Amritsar must see. Bring a hat and water as the trip is 6 hours long!
And the last day we spent in the bed and on the toilet. Both of us. You know what they say – Sharing is caring! And another unpleasant thing happened. On the way to the pharmacy a man touched my boob. One of few times I went somewhere alone :/ I guess something like this was bound to happen sooner or later. I cried like a baby when I got home. But at least the 10 hour train ride went smoothly and tomorrow we’ll see the Ganga Aarti in Haridwar.
